El Zari works with selected printers to offer the highest quality techniques and papers.

Our Museum-quality posters are giclé-printed on thick matte Japanese paper.

When it comes to the paper used in giclée printing, Japan is a world-renowned source of high-quality paper. Japanese paper makers have a long tradition of producing some of the finest paper in the world, and their products are widely used in the printing and publishing industries. Japanese paper is known for its strength, durability, and subtle texture, which make it an excellent choice for giclée printing.

The combination of the fine art printing process and premium paper creates prints with an incredible level of detail and color accuracy. The inks used in giclée printing are also highly resistant to fading and deterioration, ensuring that El Zari prints will maintain their beauty for many years to come.

Prints are usually ready to ship within two to five business days from the US, Mexico, or Europe. Most of the time the orders will be ready to ship in under three days. The shipping time depends on your location.

Return & exchange

We offer a 30 days refund upon receipt of the package, if you change your mind. 

The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us.

Damaged Delivery

Email us at info@elzari.co within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items, and in some cases additional compensation, but do not offer a full refund. If you do not want a new item shipped we kindly ask for you to contact us to make another arrangement.
